Eben founded Novensys in 2013. His work brings together leadership development, dealership operations, sales and after-sales performance, and executive coaching.
He works directly with owners, executives, managers and sales teams, using purposeful dialogue, structured reflection and practical performance measures to help them turn learning into action.
His teaching work includes master's-level leadership and Interactive Qualitative Analysis at UNISA's Graduate School of Business Leadership. Research-informed approaches, including QuadFlex leadership thinking, support his emphasis on adapting leadership to the situation.
